Standard 24-Month Commitment Upgrade or Promotional Offer

Your account must be current to qualify for this offer which is subject to change at any time without notice.
Service Terms & Conditions:
By selecting this offer, you agree to a new 24-month Service Agreement. If there is any remaining term on your existing HughesNet® service, the Early Termination Fee will be waived. The following Terms & Conditions apply, and you must agree to the terms of the 24-month Service Agreement at the time of order.
- If you are a Dish Recovery Act or Hughes Recovery Act customer, you waive your guaranteed five-year monthly service fee.
- The new 24-month term begins on the date of equipment and service upgrade to HughesNet Gen4.
- If you cancel HughesNet service before the end of your 24-month Service Agreement, you will be charged a Service Termination Fee of up to $400. The exact amount of the Service Termination Fee will be $400 for the first ninety (90) days after activation of the HughesNet Service. Thereafter, the amount will decrease by $15 per month for each month of active Service.
- If you have selected the Lease option, you may be billed $9.99 per month (plus applicable taxes) for the leased equipment. Should you discontinue HughesNet service, you will be responsible for returning the leased modem, radio, and power supply to avoid unreturned equipment fees of up to $300.
- When you connect to the Internet using HughesNet, the upload and download speeds you experience will vary based on a variety of factors including the configuration of your computer; the number of concurrent users; network or Internet congestion; the speed of the Websites you are accessing; and other factors. Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of service are not guaranteed. During peak hours, actual upload and download speeds will likely be lower than speeds indicated. The customer accepting an Upgrade or Promotional Offer that includes a standard commitment period remains subject to their applicable HughesNet Subscriber Agreement.
When you connect to the Internet using HughesNet, the upload and download speeds you experience will vary based on a variety of factors including the configuration of your computer; the number of concurrent users; network or Internet congestion; the speed of the Websites you are accessing; and other factors. Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of service are not guaranteed. During peak hours, actual upload and download speeds will likely be lower than speeds indicated. Non-Standard Commitment Period Upgrade or Promotional Offers
Any customer accepting an Upgrade or Promotional Offer that includes a non-standard period of commitment will be subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Note: the HughesNet standard term of contract is 24 months or 2 years:
- If you are a Dish Recovery Act or Hughes Recovery Act customer, you waive your guaranteed five-year monthly service fee.
- The customer’s existing commitment period will be terminated and the new commitment period commences upon the activation of this offer.
- If the customer terminates service prior to the expiration of the new commitment period, he or she will be subject to an Early Termination Fee (ETF). The maximum ETF will be number of months in the new commitment period times $10. The amount of the ETF actually payable will be the maximum ETF less $10 times the number of months which have expired prior to the date of termination.
Sample: By way of example, the table below illustrates the amount of the payable ETF when the new commitment period is 12 months.

If the Customer has elected to lease the applicable equipment, the lease fee of $9.99 (plus taxes) per month may continue through the term. Upon termination of HughesNet Service, the Customer will be responsible for returning the leased modem, radio, and power supply to avoid unreturned equipment fees of up to $300.
